    Maryam Jewelers is an online-only jewelry shop offering curated collections of            necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, and personalized pieces. We do not operate a physical storefront.

4) Orders & Payments

  • Orders are only considered confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.
  • Maryam Jewelers reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing or product errors
  • Limited stock availability
5) Shipping & Delivery
  • We ship worldwide (or specify regions if you prefer).
  • Delivery times vary based on location and courier availability.
  • Shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or uncontrollable circumstances are not Maryam Jewelers's responsibility.
  • Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
⁠6) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
  • Due to hygiene and personalization, all jewelry sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
  • Customers must report issues within 24 hours of receiving the item, with clear photos of the defect.
  • Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed based on Maryam Jewelers's evaluation.
  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
7) Personalized & Custom Orders
For custom items (initials, names, zodiac, birthstones, custom charms):
  • Production time may vary.
  • All custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Ensure all spelling, selections, and personalization details are accurate before placing your order.
8) Pricing & Promotions
  • Prices may change without notice.
  • Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • Maryam Jewelers reserves the right to end promotions early.
9) Intellectual Property
  • All content on the website—including images, product designs, logos, text, and graphics—is the exclusive property of Maryam Jewelers 
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maryam Jewelers's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

13) CANCELLATION POLICY
At Maryam Jewelers, we work hard to process and ship your orders quickly. Please review our cancellation terms below.

A) Order Cancellation (Within 2 Hours)
  •     You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
  •     To cancel, please email us immediately at:

  •     Subject: Cancellation Request – Order #[Order Number]
If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it.

B) Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
  • We cannot cancel any order if:
  • It has already been processed
  • It has already shipped
  • It is a custom or personalized item (initials, names, zodiac, birthstones, etc.)
  • The 2-hour cancellation window has passed
Once an order enters processing or transit, it cannot be changed or canceled.

C) Refund for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved:
  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 15 business days depending on your bank
D) Accidental Orders

If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. After 2 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

E) Refusing a Delivered Package
Rejecting or refusing a package does not count as an approved cancellation.
Packages returned due to refusal or non-collection may incur:
  • Return shipping fees
  • Re-delivery fees
These costs are the customer’s responsibility.
