All Sales Are Final
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of jewelry, all sales are final.
Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Refund or Replacement
Upon review, we may:

- Issue store credit
- Provide a refund (if applicable)
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom or personalized items (initials, names, zodiac, birthstone pieces)
- Final sale or discounted items
- Orders reported after 24 hours
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
